Will Shellac Smudge? [Solved]
Shellac is a gel nail polish which is cured with UV or LED light at our beautician salon in Cammeray, near Neutral Bay and North Sydney. After the polish is applied it is light cured and is hard straight away. The nail polish does not smudge. You can moisturize or wet your hands without fear of smudging.
